Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and meet all requirements for operating a vehicle for hire in their jurisdiction.

Passenger/Patients and drivers must use the app solely for its intended purpose: providing and receiving medical drive-sharing services.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the app.

6. Booking and Payment

The app allows Passenger/Patients to book rides and drivers to accept requests. Payment is facilitated through the app.

Fees and rates for rides are determined based on the distance and time of the trip.

7. Safety and Compliance

Drivers must ensure their vehicles are safe and properly maintained, and must adhere to all traffic and safety laws.

Users must respect each other and behave responsibly when using the app.
